The Furrion HDMI Stereo # DV3300SBL that you referenced actually has a reset button on the front (see attached photo). Just use a pointed (or cuspidal as the manual says) object to press the reset button and restore the factory settings on your unit.

My phone won’t pair with the system can even find a blue tooth mode I tried to reset but it will not reset

To connect your phone to the stereo via Bluetooth, you should be able to just go through your phone's Bluetooth settings and locate the stereo - nothing should need to be done on the stereo itself to put it into the correct mode. With regards to resetting the unit - is the reset pin/button not working at all?
