Recommended E-Bike Rack for Casita Fiberglass Travel Trailer with Hitch Rated for 200 lbs
Question:
I spoke to one of your staff and she recommended the 174850P2 Swagman Escapee 2 bike platform...for our Casita 17 ft camper. After watching one of the videos I am concerned that the bar that attaches to the front tire will compromise the loading of the bikes. One of my bikes is an e-bike and the other is a road bike, both with fenders...just curious if the bar attachment can be attached to the front tire in front of the fender...just don't want to have to take my fenders off each time we travel...will it work as stated or do I have any other options?

The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 2-Electric Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches # HLY84FR will work well for the bikes and weights you listed but it is not rated for use on the back of a travel trailer. For a rack that is compatible with your weights and travel trailer I recommend the Swagman E-Spec 2 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # S94FR. This bike rack is e-bike compatible with bikes up to 70 lbs each. The rack comes with the locks needed and is 60 lbs.
