Towing Capacity of 2017 Ford F-150 5.0 liter 3.73 Gears, 5-1/2 ft Bed

Question:

I have a 2017 F-150 with a 5.0 liter 4x4, 3.73 gears with the super crew cab with 5.5ft box. GCWR is 16,200 lbs. GVWR is 7,000 lbs. Empty truck weight is 5205 lbs. With occupants and cargo weight is 5925 lbs. Subtracting 5925 from 16,200 leaves me with 10,275 lbs. My question is do I also need to subtract the tongue weight if so, how do i figure that from the 10,275 or is that the max trailer tow weight? Currently the camper Im towing is 7,000 lbs empty.

I found the Ford towing chart for your 2017 F-150 with a 5.0 liter 4x4, 3.73 gears with the super crew cab, 5.5ft box, GCWR 16,200 lbs and Ford states the your truck can tow up to 10,800 lbs with a bumper pull trailer. That figure does not require factoring in the weight of occupants and cargo according to Ford. As long as your 7k trailer doesn't weigh more than 10.8k when load you are totally fine.
