What to Do with Excessive Links from Installing Tire Chains
Question:
2010 Lexus RX350 AWD. Tire size 236/60/18 Bought the TC2229SCAM and when tighting on the side and outside of tires I have about 5 links left over or dangling. Any way to clip these anywhere so that I do not do damage to vehicle. It is not easy to cut off extra links unless one has a special tool.

Titan recommends removing excessive links from their chains to prevent damage like you mentioned. There wouldn't be a reliable way to clip them out of the way either as there would be a chance it would come undone and beat up your vehicle.
