We've had this question come up before and we determined that the pin box that a 2018 Montana High Country 381 has is a Lippert 1116 so the correct Sidewinder is the part # RP61412 that you referenced. This cushioned version of a Reese Sidewinde has a 5th Airborne air ride system built into it for more ride comfortability.
