Question:
Has anyone tried this unit out on a 2018 Audi Q7? The car has so many sensors that I wonder if this will work...?

As of this writing we have not had any reviews from customers who have used the Curt Echo # C51180 trailer brake controller with a 2018 Audi Q7 but there is no reason why it would not work due to sensors. The Echo uses a Bluetooth connection and thus far there have not been any reports of any type of interference; you are perfectly safe to use the Echo with your '18 Audi Q7.
I have added links to video reviews of this brake controller for you to take a look at, as well as a link to the installation manual.
