Available Folding Utility Steps for Vehicles and Campsites

I have 18inch rims on 2018 Denali3500 single rear wheel. Will this step clear the width of the rim so the rim will not be scratched and the step parts rest on the face of the tire?

The Wheel Mount Tire Step item # HE4040 will fit your tire/wheel but I do understand your concern about it resting against your 18-inch rims.
