This also means that the manufacturer does not perform test fitting on certain makes and model of vehicles and neither do we so I would not be able to confirm with 100% certainty that it will fit your 2016 Chevrolet Colorado.

However, as long as your truck bed is at least 57.4" wide then it will work for you. I looked up your Colorado online and it shows to have a 57.8" wide bed so based on this it should work.
