The Taskmaster 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire # TT48012C is a great choice for a tire because it has an 81 mph speed rating (Speed Rating M) like you mentioned and a maximum load of 990 pounds at 90 psi. Since we currently do not offer this tire mounted onto a wheel, you can buy the tire and then choose a 12" wheel of your color and style choice and have it mounted at a local shop.
