I reached out to a representative of Kat's Heaters who said that all the needed parts to install the Kat's Heaters Thermostatically Controlled Circulating Tank Heater # KH13080 on your 2008 Nissan Frontier are included. The heater hose on your Frontier will be either 5/8" or 3/4" and you will use the Y adapter to splice into that hose; the adapter will fit both.
It will also include a 1/4" metal adapter and it will fit into the engine block drain plug hole where you will connect the return hose to the Circulating Tank Heater.
