both specs are listed on same page 38211 33-1/2 - 34-1/2 Inch Wide . ?For frame widths from 34inch - 34-1/2 I need 33.5 which is it? thx

I do have a solution for you, the Super Titan 3000 Weld-on Trailer Hitch with 3" Receiver Opening, 20,000 lbs # 38023.

It fits 33-1/2" to 34-1/2" frames right out of the box, so to fit your 33-1/2" frame, you will just need to remove a total of four spacer plates (two on each side), as explained on step 1 of the attached installation instructions.
