The best way to transport 4 adult bikes on your 2019 Honda Ridgeline is a hitch-mount rack that secures the bikes by their frames. Such frame-mount style racks work fine on bikes with or without fenders. I recommend a platform type rack that will not require you to lift all of the bikes up quite as high for loading them.
I recommend the Saris Freedom Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount - Tilting # SA4414B. because it has a sturdy steel construction and can carry two 60 lb bikes and two 35 pound bikes. It also includes an anti-rattle hitch to reduce movement. Plus the Saris Freedom is compatible with a wide range of bike wheelbases, all the way up to 48-inches. If you choose this rack, I would recommending adding locks # SA3022 and # SA981 to secure your rack and your bikes.
