Compatibility of 5th Wheel Tailgate on 2012 Ford F-150 Without Hinges or Bushings
Question:
SC Vg 04 100 5th wheel tailgate I have a 2012 F150 but I no longer have the tailgate. So I dont have the hinges and bushings that were on it. Will this cause a problem for installing the new tailgate? All good on truck side tho. Thanks

The Stromberg Carlson 100 Series 5th Wheel Tailgate with Open Design for Ford F-150 Trucks # VG-04-100 is a fit for your 2012 F-150. The pivot posts and the latch pins are required for this install. If you don't have those parts, I recommend a salvage yard or an auto parts store for those components. I've attached a video that shows you the installation and required parts on your truck.
