Can Cargo Box Overhang Let's Go Aero TwinTube Slide-Out Hitch Rack

Question:

Im looking at the HMK901 lets-go Aero UBI twin tube slide out hitch rack. Will a 28inch wide x 48L x 22inch high box fit on it? It appears that it would overhang 1 1/2inch on both sides of the slide out 25inch long tube which I dont see as a problem? The weight of my box and goods should be under 300#s. My box size OK? I just sent you an email regarding the Aero twin tube slide out and forgot to ask if I can swap out the silent hitch pin that comes with it for the locking style silent pin Aero makes?

I spoke with my contact at Lets Go Aero regarding the TwinTube U-Built-It Slide-Out Hitch Rack # HMK901 that you referenced and she stated that a little bit of overhang past the twin tubes on your box won't be an issue at all. She said that they actually have used larger boxes than your 28 inch x 48 inch x 22 inch unit on this particular rack. As long as you remain under the rack's 300 pound weight limit you are good to go.

I did also confirm that you can indeed use the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # 63232 in place of the included hitch pin to secure it to your vehicle and help deter theft.
