I reached out to my contact at Yakima and that serial number is for a Skybox 12. The Yakima SkyBox 12 Rooftop Cargo Box - 12 cu ft - Black Carbonite # Y07334 which will fit crossbars that are up to 3-1/2" x 1-11/16" max. The crossbars also need to be spaced between 24 and 42 inches on center, so based on that info it should fit your 2007 factory roof rack without issue.
To have full access to your rear hatch, you will need 57 Inches from the center of the front crossbar to the seam where the hatch meet the roof. As long as you have 57 inches or more, you won't have any contact between your hatch and your roof box even with the hatch fully opened for cargo access.
