Leaf Spring Recommendation for Replacing Stretched Out 3,500 lb Axle Springs
Question:
Eye to eye on very flat leaf springs. 25 7/8 Tandon .4 leaf system. 3500lb axles . You show 25 1/8 eye to eye 4 leaf 3500lb axles. This is a 2005 crossroads Zinger travel trailer. Is it possible my old springs stretched that much. One just snapped and Im stuck in Oregon. I measured both sides and they both measure the same. But as I said theres no arch to either side..

If your springs are essentially sitting totally flat they've stretched as far as possible basically. The best option we have would be the 3,500 lb leaf springs part # e54SR that you referenced. These are the right capacity and shorter than your stretched springs by enough that they would fit well.
