Zero Point Reset Not Working for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 on a 2017 Thor Quantum

I have a 2017 Thor Quantum, and need to reset the level point. I have tried the instructions in the manual, as well as the ones on your page. I get no response from the system when I turn off the system and press front and rear 10 times. Or 5 times, as I saw on your page. Any help on this?

I spoke with my contact at Lippert about you trying to Zero Reset your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590. He said that you may not be pressing the front and rear fast enough and that the system is a little temperamental. Try following the instructions and then pressing the front and back 10 times firmly and quickly which should reset the Zero Point.
