For your 2011 Chevy 1500, the Edge Evolution CTS2 tuner # EP39YR is the correct model. I reached out to my tech contact at Edge, and he said you will be able to make those adjustments on your vehicle. You will simply enter the programming portion of the menu, then select custom program. The v4 mode will be under active fuel management and the governor will be under the speed limiter.
