Best Cover For Trailmanor 3124 in Wet Climates, Difference Between Adco AquaShed and TyVek Covers

Question:

Greetings! I noted that you have answered this question for someone that has a Trailmanor 3124 travel trailer like this: The best cover for the unit when it is collapsed is the Adco All Climate Tyvek Cover # 290-22853 which fits pop-ups from 24 to 26 feet in length. This cover features a storage bag, reinforced corners and straps to prevent the cover from billowing in high winds. .. And Ive been looking at a couple of the Adco Covers - the Adco Aquashed 12252, but I hear that the Tyvek covers might last me a bit longer, and hold up better. Im in Washington state, and our biggest issue with outside storage I believe will be rain, but we do get some snow. Can you provide thoughts on which cover Aquashed, or Tyvek would work well for a Trailmanor 3023 when closed? Thank you!

I looked up the length of your Trailmanor 3023 when it's collapsed and it's 22-3/4 feet long like the Adco AquaShed part # 290-12252 you referenced is designed to fit. Since this cover is designed for wet climates like what you'll experience this is the better choice. This cover has a triple layer top panel designed to repel water and has sides that are designed to breath well to prevent mold/mildew.

The similar Tyvek 290-22852 (DISCONTINUED) is more designed for preventing sun damage so it wouldn't be ideal for you. Instead of the water repelling top panel the top panel is the Tyvek material that's better at rejecting UV rays.
