The load range you select for a trailer tire will need to be sufficient for the weight of the trailer and all of it's crago while at maximum capacity. In other words it will need to be rated for the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the trailer. The GVWR is usually placed on a sticker somewhere on the trailer body but if not you can always call the trailer manufacturer with your VIN. You could also look for the tire load/fill sticker on the trailer body as well or just look on the sidewall of the tires you have now for the load range rating as it will be present. There is not a standard load range for all thirty foot long travel trailers.

The Loadstar ST185/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire part # AM1ST79 that you referenced will be suitable for use up to 1,710 lbs per tire/wheel. I have attached a review video for you. This is the highest load range we offer in a 185/80-13 tire so if you need more than this then you will need to upgrade to a 205/75R14 like part # AM32161.
