Expert Reply:
In most cases a front-mount hitch and a snowplow mount will install at the same points on the vehicle frame and usually they will interfere with each other. There could be a certain combination of hitch and plow that might avoid this common-mounting-point issue but it is unlikely since both items need a very strong mounting point on the vehicle in order to function. Makers of aftermarket products do not test their products fits along with other aftermarket items since there are so many possible combinations.
I did check with Curt about your Minute Man plow and my contact there confirmed that they have not tested that fit but that almost surely the two items would require the same mounting points on the frame and would for that reason be non-compatible with each other.
If you wish you can check out the linked instructions for the Curt front hitch # 31109 and compare its install points with those for your plow mount. Chances are that they will both use the same mounting points on the frame and will therefore be non-compatible.
