Replacement Running Board Mounting Brackets for OEM Boards on 2008 Toyota Tundra
Question:
I damaged the passenger side factory running board on a 2008 Toyota Tundra. Can I buy just 4 brackets from you?

Expert Reply:
The replacement mounting brackets we offer for aftermarket running boards, tube steps and nerf bars are all both vehicle-specific and step-specific. So in order to select the correct replacements you'll need to know the maker and series of steps. Since your steps are OEM unless you can determine which company made them for Toyota you may need to order an OEM part from your local dealership.
The linked page displays all aftermarket steps for the various versions of the 2008 Toyota Tundra. You can use the Select Vehicle Style drop-down menu tool at the top of the page to select your cab style to then see just the steps that fit your version.
If one of the aftermarket companies like Westin or Aries made your OEM Toyota steps they may not be allowed to directly offer these Toyota parts, but if you can, try to find a manufacturer name and part number on them since that is your best bet for locating the correct mounting brackets.
