The Lippert Components six-point hydraulic Level Up trailer leveling system you have in your 2019 Thunderbolt XLR 5th wheel trailer can be operated only through use of the touch pad control panel on the RV. This particular system cannot be retro-fitted with the remote control unit # LC358601 that is used with the Ground Control 3.0 leveling system which uses electric Hall Effect motors in its jacks.
The Level Up can be made to be a wireless system if this option is chosen by the RV maker at the time of manufacture. My contact at Lippert confirmed it is not possible to retro-fit this feature to a system already installed in a finished trailer. I'd recommend checking with Thunderbolt to see if they can determine if you have a wireless setup.
