Helpful Expert Reply:
The modern tire size that matches F78-14 ST is the size 205/75-14 like the Provider part # TR20514 which would be a great option. It has a capacity of 1,760 lbs at 50 psi and has a speed rating of 81 mph. ST means that the tire is specifically designed for use on a trailer. This is the only type of tire we'd recommend for a trailer like yours.
