Power Draw on Battery Isolation Solenoid # PK5231201
Question:
Any idea what the power draw will be to activate the solenoid? Ill be using a fuse tap to access an ignition switched source in the fusebox and need to know what rating fuse to use.

The Battery Isolation Solenoid # PK5231201 only draws 1/2 an amp and does not actually power anything so adding a fuse for circuit protection isn't needed. The only function for the solenoid is to simply close the 12V feed from the vehicle's battery when the ignition is turned off.
