Since the only trailer hitches that fit your 2018 Toyota Prius are Class I hitches your options for carrying bikes are either a trunk mount rack or a on the roof. Class I hitches are limited to only 2 bikes.
If you prefer the trunk then I recommend the Yakima FullBack, part # Y02633. It can handle up to 3 bikes weighing 30 pounds each. The FullBack includes an interlocking HUB that lets you adjust the base to the Prius. There's also setting that are specific to the vehicle to help you get it set up just right. The rack also has an integrating locking cable to lock the bikes and a security cable to fit in the trunk to lock the bike. I've linked a video for you to take a look at.
Carrying the bikes on the roof is a more secure and permanent option but it's also not as economical as the trunk mount rack. You need to start with a complete roof rack system. A good and very popular system for your Prius is the Rhino-Rack aero bars. Their aerodynamic which reduces wind noise and drag. The parts you need for your car are the crossbars # RRVA126B-2, legs # RRRLKVA, and fit kit # DK467. I've linked a video showing the rack on an older Prius. The fit kit is different but works in the fashion.
Once you have a roof rack you need three bike carriers. The RockyMounts TomaHawk, part # RKY1222, is a great option because it fits a large variety of bikes. It also holds the bikes by the wheels so you don't have to remove the front wheel everytime you load them on. You can add locks to the carrier using part # RKY0332 .
