For your 2019 GMC Sierra 2500 with the factory gooseneck rail kit I highly recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2709. These are fantastic air springs with a double-convoluted construction that will provide up to 7,500 pounds of load-leveling support. The strength and durability of these springs is unmatched by other similar brand systems. The mounting brackets are fully compatible with those from the factory gooseneck hitch on your Sierra and it will be a simple, no-drill installation.
I have attached a couple short video demonstrations on this system that you can check out as well.
I also recommend considering a compressor kit like the Firestone Dual Function # F2219. This will allow you to easily adjust the air bags from the comfort of your cab to make sure you are riding level before heading out on every trip. The heavy-duty air compressor features a max psi of 150.
