Class IV Universal Weld-On Trailer Hitch

For the 2006 F53 motohome chassis, does anyone make a class IV version of this weld on hitch? thanks,

There is a Class IV universal weld-on trailer hitch available, the Buyers Products Class 4 Service Body Short Hitch Receiver # 3371801053, although the Curt # 15901 is only available as a Class V trailer hitch as there is not a Class IV version available.
