Will Load Range D and Load Range E Tire Require a Different Cover
Question:
does this item run small? my trailer tires measure 26 inches. I have load range D tires. if I switch to load range E, will I need to purchase 27-29 inch covers or would 24-26 inch be better?

The terminology that something "runs small" does not apply to tire covers. The Camco Vinyl Tire Covers part # CAM45332 that you referenced are designed to fit 27" to 29" diameter tires. If you are using them on a 27" diameter tire then they would feel a tad bit loose whereas if you were using them on a 29" diameter tire they would feel snug. For your 26" diameter tires, I recommend using the Camco Vinyl Tire Covers part # CAM45331. As long as the load range D and load range E tires are the same size diameter which they should be if they are the same width/aspect ratio, the cover will not change.
