If your Arctic Cat 350 ATV has a snow plow with powered winch lift and you are having trouble with having enough power to both operate the plow and start the ATV from the one battery I suggest you consider keeping the ATV on a maintenance charger like the CTEK MULTI US 7002 12-Volt Universal Battery Charger with Pulse Maintenance # CTEK56353.
This AC-powered charger will keep your ATV battery topped off but won't undercharge or overcharge since it automatically switches to pulse-maintenance phase when a full charge has been reached. This fully automatic charger will also work well on your car, lawn mover and other batteries because it has three current modes suited to various different battery capacities.
The battery typically installed in your Artic Cat 350 is a 14-amp-hour so this charger will have plenty of capacity. it is capable of maintaining batteries up to a 150 amp-hour rating.
The trouble with connecting two batteries together is that the one with the lower state of charge will always pull power from the other battery that has the higher charge. This may not allow you to get the power you need to the winch and starter motors.
