How to Use a Curt Q24 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch on a Ford F-350 with Factory Pucks

I currently have the Q24 hitch with rails in a96 chevy 3500. I want to purchase a 2006 Ford F350 that has the under bed rail system i believe, just has the 4 post sticking through the bed. Is there an adapter that i can purchase so I still use my Q24 or do I have to remove the under bed rails completely?

Yes, you can use the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter part # RP30156 or swap out the legs on the Curt Q24 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for either the Curt OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch Legs part # C16017 (long bed) or the Curt 5th Wheel Round Tube Slider part # C16020 (short bed).
