Best Suspension Enhancement for a 2016 Ford F-350 with Truck Bed Camper

Question:

I have a 2016 F350 with Torklift Stableloads and a Hellwig BigWig rear sway bar already installed for carrying my approximately 4000 lb. in bed truck camper. What Timbrens do you recommend as I do not want to overkill on the suspension with the already mentioned suspension add ons. Are Sumo Springs also an option? Any help would be appreciated as I still notice side to side sway around corners.

For your 2016 Ford F-350, I recommend using the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TFR350SDF which are going to do an excellent job of providing more support while hauling around your truck bed camper and are a very popular option for just this purpose. There shouldn't be any issues with the upgraded rear sway bar you have now. This kit is going to both increase the side to side stability but also more so help to reduce rear end sag. It comes with a spacer that can be added or removed to give you the best hauling experience. I have attached a sample install video for you as well.

The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs that you mentioned are an option but I don't really recommend them as they are just not dense enough to really benefit your truck/needs.
