Does Loadstar # AM3S870 Tire and Wheel Come Balanced

I am looking at ordering 4 tires and wheels. Would these wheels and tires be balanced before shipping?

The tire and wheel combos that we have available, including the Loadstar ST225/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire with 15" White Wheel # AM3S870 that you referenced, do not come balanced like a standard passenger vehicle tire and wheel would be balanced at a tire shop. What the manufacturer does though is match the tire's heavy spot with the wheel's light spot when mounting them. This is a type of balancing that is sufficient for a trailer tire and there is no reason you would need to have them machined balanced at a shop unless you wanted them balanced in this manner.
