Where to Attach Lower Cable Hooks when Mounting a Thule OutWay Trunk Bike Rack on 2009 Toyota Camry

Where do i attach lower strap or cable points on an 09 camry? There are no hooks near the trunk to hook onto?

When installing the Thule OutWay bike rack, # TH45JV, on a 2009 Toyota Camry you should place lower hooks in the bottom edge of trunk or hatch.
The top hooks are placed in the gap at the front edge of the top of the trunk, hatch or door.
The lower arm of carrier should be positioned on the upper tier of the bumper.
We have a video on the OutWay, see link, being installed on a VW Jetta that is very similar to the installation procedure for your Camry.
