The Westlake would be by first choice like tire part # LHWL410. This is actually a Load Range G so the capacity is 4,400-lb max load at 110 psi .This Westlake tire has a speed rating of 81 mph and also has a great warranty as well.

The Taskmaster brand of tires are a great bargain orientated tire but we've found they do work great for people and our customers really like them. They have a great reputation as well. The part # TTWPRG235R16 has a weight capacity too at 4,400 lb per tire at 110 psi. The speed rating is also 81 mph.

I have a trailer with 8-14.5 lowboy tires. They were made in USA in 1968 and still carry loads for me, but obviously need replacing after 52 years. Do you offer any USA made tires to replace these old veterans. They have a 10 ply rating, nylon construction. I will not buy China Bombs.

Wow. You sure got your money's worth with those tires. I've honestly never heard of a tire lasting that long. The best replacement tire we have in that 8-14.5 size is the Kenda # AM10289, which features a maximum load of 3,070 lbs at 116 psi. We do not have any USA-made trailer tires available in this size. I'm honestly not sure if any exist - it's not the most common size.

@ChrisR can you recommend a tire that won't blow out on a hot day? Heard too many bad things about Chinese tires.
