How to Carry Bike with Alternative Frame Using a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo with Spare Tire
Question:
Will this one work? The rear window is glass... The extra wheel is mounted under the vehicle. II have no trailer hitch and as a single female, cant lift bike overhead for roof rack. That pretty much leaves trunk mount, but with the glass, not sure what will look. Bike weighs less then 45 lbs

The Thule Passage # TH910XT has been confirmed to fit your 2000 Isuzu Rodeo by Thule but since this will likely install so that it is touching the glass I recommend using a hitch-mounted bike rack instead as we do have fits that will accommodate your spare tire.
For your application I recommend installing the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13222. This is a Class III trailer hitch with a 2" receiver so you can use it with a wider variety of accessories. If you check out the attached picture you can see that it actually fits with a spare tire as well!
Because of the angle of the down-tube on your bike I recommend using the Saris Freedom # SA4412B to transport it. This bike rack only weighs 22.5 lbs and can hold up to 2 bikes weighing in at 60 lbs each. It doesn't come with locks but you can add them using parts # SA3022 and # SA981.
Attached are some videos for the trailer hitch and bike rack that you can reference.
