Can B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch be Moved From 1997 Dodge Ram to 1999 Ford F-250
Question:
I have a 97 cummins with 8 ft bed and BandW hideaway gooseneck. Will that same unit fit my 99 F250 with 6 ft bed? What new frame would I need to use the same center piece?

I checked with B&W and it looks like there are enough differences between the 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 and the 1999 Ford F-250 that a completely new B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch is needed. Even the center piece cannot be transferred from one truck to the other as they use different ball and bolt hole locations to accommodate the truck style it is designed to fit. The brackets that would be needed for your 1999 F-250 are not compatible with your existing center plate.
For your 1999 Ford F-250 you will need the complete B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1108. I have attached an installation video that you can use for reference.
