The Curt Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, # C55313, is designed to just plug in line with the existing wiring harness on the truck. The connection point is located along the inside of the left rear frame rail. I have included a link to the installation details for you.
The wire color and functions on this harness are as follows:
White = ground
Brown = running lights
Yellow = left turn and brake lights
Green = right turn and brake lights
