Storage Cover for 26-Foot BBQ Concession Trailer with Roof Fixtures
Question:
I got a grease hood vent pipe on top of my BBQ concession trailer that is about 14 inches above the roof and a a.c. unit on top center as well. 8 foot on the back is a porch. I can send you a picture if that helps.

We have storage covers for all sorts of RVs, including motorhomes and trailers, in lots of sizes. These covers are designed to fit well with rooftop air conditioners and the other types of fixtures like ladders, railings and vents that are commonly found on RVs. We have lots of covers that are sized for a 26-foot trailer.
Please have a look at the included diagram that shows how the cover manufacturers determine trailer length. The A-frame tongue area is NOT to be included in the length measurement.
The 14-inch height of your vent pipe is really no taller than the usual AC units, which range in height from 12 to 15-inches. Still, if the vent pipe is small in diameter or has sharp edges you might want to consider placing some material between the pipe and the cover to protect against punctures or tearing, something like a small plastic pail or even a piece of heavy cardboard would probably do the trick.
In general we recommend using a cover that provides a generous fit, which will make it easier to install and reduce than chances for tears. If your actual length measurement is 26-feet then I recommend you use a cover that will fit trailers from 26 to 28-feet in length. The linked page displays such covers.
If protection from rain is the priority then instead use AquaShed cover # 290-52244. In this case you might also consider using Camco Dehumidifier # CAM44195 that will reduce moisture inside the trailer and help prevent mold and mildew formation.
In some cases windy environments will make it a good idea to add some straps to help prevent excessive flapping and billowing of the cover. I linked our range of bungee straps like the Erickson Industrial Power Pull # EM06669 which is 4-feet long when un-stretched. A few of these will help keep the cover secure.
