Do your lights on the left side function normally without your running lights on? It sounds like you may have swapped the wiring for the running/tail functions with your stop/turn functions on your trailer lights like part # TLL9RK.
Sometimes the colors of the wires on your trailer will not match the colors of your lights even though they carry the same function. If you did connect all of your functions properly send me a picture of your lights so I can get an idea of how they operate and help you troubleshoot further.
