The Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass - 13" - 20-Amp Mini-Fuse # RM76511 is an easy toggle switch to bypass the fuse that needs to be removed for flat towing. The DLIS #1 fuse removes the power to the BCM (body control module) causing the ignition relay to open which stops the battery from draining. I believe the DLIS stands for Digital Logic Interlock System.
You can use the 2.5-Watt Solar Battery Charger # PTW2997 which can connect through a 12V accessory port. Removing the fuse or flipping the switch listed above will remove power between the battery and the port already in your Sonic, so you can use a separate 12V accessory port like # RM-9332 to give you a direct connection to the battery at that location or you can use the X-Connect terminal connector # 329-GC002 and then extension cable # 329-GC004 if needed.
