I recommend taking a look at the Derale Plate-Fin Engine Oil Cooler Kit # D15405. This unit will do a great job of prolonging the life of your engine oil but only measures 9-7/8 inches wide, 9-1/2 inches tall, and 1-1/4 inches deep. It includes multiple sleeve nuts to ensure proper thread size along with a sandwich adapter. It features 3/8 inch NPT inlet/outlet ports.
We do not have an oil cooler available that features 5/8 inch inlet and outlet ports. We have spoken in the past with Derale regarding the potential for restricted flow in situations like yours and they have assured us that any restricted flow that might arise is so small that it likely won't even be noticed.
I have attached the written installation instructions for this particular cooler that you can also take a look at.
