Could Blazer Magnetic Tow Lights Plug into 4-Way of Towed Vehicle

Question:

I am towing a 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee behind my motorhome with a blue ox towbar set up. I want to put my electric bikes on the back of the jeep using my Thule bike rack but need additional lighting on the jeep as the bikes block the tail lights of the jeep. Can I plug these lights in to the receiver plug of the jeep with out having the jeep ignition on or do I need to run the wire all the way to my motorhome?

What you'd need to do is use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 on the pins of your 4-way when it's connected to your motorhome and you activate all of the turn signals. If the 4-way has voltage when the Grand Cherokee has it's turn signals activated by the motorhome then what you are wanting to do could easily be possibly using it's trailer wiring. Otherwise it would have to splice into the tow bar wiring up at the front of the towed vehicle.
