For you Carri-Lite 526RKS Cashay, I recommend measuring the width of your current step frame mounting bracket. If you have a measurement of 27-1/2 inches then the TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear # TLA8004 will be the best fit. If you have a measurement of 25-1/2 inches at that mounting base then you will want # TLA8104. The only difference between these steps is the width of the base that mounts to your RV.
They both have the 22 inch by 8 inch steps and will fit an entry height of 32-1/2 to 44 inches. The really nice feature of these steps is the leveling bases and the glow tape that will work for 10 hours with just 5 minutes of sunlight to easily see your step.
For the handrail, I recommend the TorkLift GlowGuide Handrail for Campers and RVs with GlowStep Scissor Steps # TLA7621. This has telescopic arms to give you a custom fit. It will integrate with your steps seamlessly and is easy to install and store.

I have 32.5 inches from ground to threshold, will the four step be my best choice? How much slope variance will I have?
