Yes, it is definitely possible to use the Better Bath RV Kitchen Sink - Single Bowl - Under Mount # LC421572 as a drop in sink. You can drop in basically any undermount sink with the issue sometimes being the flanges not being shaped great for this application, but the flanges on this sink would work well since they are tapered.
