How to Install Replacement Air Bag in Trailair Air Ride

Where can I get instructions to change out the damaged air springs on my pin box? I have received the new bags but no instructions to change out were provided.

According to Lippert, here is how you will need to install your Replacement Air Spring for Trailair 5th Wheel Pin Boxes # LC432404:

"The bag is fastened at the bottom first by inserting the carriage bolt in the keyhole shape opening on the lower plate allowing the bolt head to slide in and be pulled forward securing the bag in place. Secure air bag with the air fill fitting in the up position with 2 locking nuts, not exceeding 20 ft/lbs  - torque on the top plate of the air bag. Install air fitting using Teflon tape or pipe sealing compound. Install the shock absorber using the longer bolts with locking nut. Tighten nuts to 60 ft/lbs."

This air bag is a replacement for the following fifth-wheel pin boxes:

- Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 1621 & 1621HD - 21,000 lbs # LC158778
- Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 0719 - 18,000 lbs # LC179879
- Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 0719 - 18,000 lbs # LC328484
- Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 1621 - 18,000 lbs # LC328492
- Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 1621 - 21,000 lbs # LC369535
