How do you attach a womans bike to the rack. Because of a deeper in the frame

Bikes with alternate frame designs, ones that do not provide a horizontal top frame tube as what is usually found on a typical man's bike, can still be mounted on a bike rack like the Swagman Around the Spare Deluxe # S80501 by adding a Bike Adapter Bar # 64005.
The adapter bar connects at the handlebar stem and seat post to provide a mounting surface to join with the rack arms. Please refer to the linked photo and video to see how this Swagman item is used.
