Troubleshooting Rampage # RA7710 Camera Sync Issues

I just purchased a rampage backup camera from you guys for my cargo trailer. When I first hooked up my camera it connected quickly now it wont connect at all so I tried it on my tablet and it connected quickly and now it wont connect at all can you help me using it on an Android device

The Rampage Wireless Backup Camera for Smartphone or Tablet - iOS or Android # RA7710 is normally a very easy system to use with great results, so my apologies that hasn't been your experience. I reached out to their tech because it is odd that it will connect and then won't connect again on two separate devices. He said that the Wi-Fi transmitter is most likely what is the issue and they don't really have a way to troubleshoot that, so he suggested simply swapping the unit for a new one under warranty as they do come with that 1 year warranty.
