Replacement Idler Hub Needed with L44643 Bearings

Question:

Because we make Gatorade and it is on our machines and not a trailer we are needing specific answers. Please see attached pics. How do we identify it? I went to Northern tools and their hubs were not the same length. The tube length of ours is at 3.5. We use Timken L44643 bearings with Timken L44610 races. SKF 12428 seal. It comes as a kit as seen in the pics. Measurement of tube length and bolt length in same pic.

Your pictures didn't come through but we do have some hubs that use the same # L44643 bearings. The etrailer.com Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-440-2-1K uses those same bearings and # L44610 races that you mentioned. It also uses a grease seal that has a 1.249" inner diameter that matches the SKF 12428 seal that you mentioned (I confirmed this with SKF).

This hub uses 1/2" diameter x 1-5/16" long studs and has an overall length of 4-1/4" (see attached picture) which I am guessing may be too long. If this isn't the same as what you have you can send me the pictures you mentioned so I can see if we have anything that is compatible.
