Replacement Frame Hook for Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Platform Rack

I need to replace the long hook for my Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Platform Rack S44FR I do not see the part listed on the page. Is this part available?

The only option we have for you to replace the long frame hook on your Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Platform Rack part # S44FR is to use the Replacement Long and Short Hooks part # SP428. This option does however come with locks so it will be like adding a new feature to your bike rack. Unfortunately, we don't offer the standard long hook separately from the above kit.
